It seems like my weight loss has stalled over the last few days, as I’ve been weighing in an my weight is basically the same, if a little lower each day.
I looked at the trend line and noticed a sharper dip in the last few days, if I look at my weight over the last three months.
Although I haven’t lost a lot of weight recently, I haven’t gained any, either, and this means that my slight weight loss curves the trend line sharply downward.
The moral of this story? If it seems like you aren’t losing weight very quickly, remember to look back a few months, at least, for a larger context.
You might not have lost very much weight over the last few days, but over the last few months, it’s been quite substantial.
