Another day, another pound and a half

More good news on the scale today! I’m down to 292.0, which means I took off another 1.5 lb. That’s pretty good, and here are my weight loss totals by month:

  • April: -3.0 lb
  • May: -3.7 lb
  • June: +2.1 lb
  • July: -8.2 lb
  • August: -4.8 lb
  • September (to date): -6.9 lb

I reached my heaviest weight in mid-April of 2018, and then started losing weight. Total weight lost, from May to August (4 months): 14.6 lb, or 3.65 lb/month. Total weigh lost, from my peak in mid-April to today: 27.4 lb.

I’m at the lowest weight I’ve been since June of 2016, over two years ago. I’ll pass the next milestone after I drop another 14 lb, basically half again of what I’ve lost already, and then I’ll surpass my lowest weight since October 2015. Based on these trends, it looks like I can hit that in about 3 months.

I’ve got a follow up appointment with my doc scheduled for late October, to check my weight, BP, and blood lipids. So I’d really like to drop those 14 lb in the next month and a half.
